Attorney Hailey Gallant believes that good lawyering is storytelling—sharing her clients’ experiences in a way that truly resonates with the audience. She is passionate about helping people reclaim their power during times when they may feel overwhelmed, confused, or helpless, and she uses advocacy as a tool to bring clarity and strength to those moments.
Outside of the courtroom, Hailey thrives as an endurance athlete. She has competed in triathlons, including an Ironman 70.3, as well as half marathons and a full marathon, and is currently training for her first Hyrox competition. When she’s not racing or training, Hailey enjoys being outdoors, learning guitar, and spending time with her husband, their two children, two Shiba Inus, and a cat—often in moments filled with laughter and play.
