Tiffany Sabato

Attorney

BIO

Attorney Tiffany Sabato represents clients who have been injured or whose family members have been killed in accidents, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall/trip and fall accidents, and accidents occurring on the job including at construction sites.

Tiffany has years of experience working as a defense attorney representing defendants in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, including time working in-house for two Fortune 100 insurance companies and three years with a private, multi-state defense firm in their Hartford office.

Tiffany's experience on the defense side assists her in helping her clients to foresee and avoid defense challenges and tactics in order to obtain better results, and makes her a stronger negotiator as she has first-hand experience with insurance companies, including how they value cases and negotiating strategies they often use. Tiffany has also tried many cases before juries as a defense attorney, and is well-versed in the strategies and tactics utilized by defense attorneys at trial. This knowledge assists Tiffany in developing strong and effective trial strategies on behalf of her clients. If a defendant will not be reasonable with settlement offers, Tiffany will not shy away from heading to court and trying your case.

Tiffany takes great pride in making her clients feel comfortable and easing their anxieties about the otherwise stressful legal process. She carefully guides her clients through all phases of litigation, and makes herself available to her clients at any time to answer questions, prepare them for their role in their lawsuits, and address their concerns.

Prior to attending law school, Tiffany graduated from William Paterson University in New Jersey, summa cum laude, in 2006, with a dual bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy. She graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law, cum laude, in 2011. During her time as a law student at Quinnipiac, Attorney Sabato received the Award for Distinguished Academic Achievement in Alternative Dispute Resolution: additional proof of her strengths not only as a negotiator, but as a zealous advocate for her clients in proceedings such as arbitrations and mediations.

Tiffany lives in an 1875 colonial home in Bristol with her partner, Josh, and their two rescue cats, Mork and Mindy, who are spoiled rotten.
